How pricing works

Four simple parts.

Each part can be a percentage, a fixed amount, or both, with a floor and a cap. Your quote spells out every number.

  • Platform

    One monthly fee for the whole platform: Sell, Payments, Health and Protect, every store and every seat.

  • Transactions

    A fee on each successful payment. Declines and failed attempts cost you nothing.

  • Alerts

    A fee for each pre-dispute alert GIEP handles for you, usually far less than the chargeback it prevents.

  • Refunds

    A fee when a refund is made through GIEP.
